How We Operate:
- All Stor Safe leases are month to month, so you will never be held hostage by a contract.
- Stor Safe typically pays for all utilities, lawn care, security, insurance, and taxes, so what you pay for rent is generally the only amount you owe each month.
- For both iWerx locations, Stor Safe covers internet, too, but at our Stor Safe properties you are responsible for your own internet if you want it.

- Rent is due on the 1st of the month but is not considered late until after the 10th, so as long as you are current by the 10th you will avoid the late fee.
- Our buildings accommodate 24 hour access so you can enter your space at any time.
Warehouse Space
We have a wide variety of warehouse space to choose from.
In general, our open warehouse space is available in "squares". A square is approximately 400 sq ft.
We can typically section off as many adjoined squares as you need to come up with the exact amount of space you are looking for!

We also have warehouse space for rent that is not necessarily in the open warehouse space. Some of our warehouse space comes with their own private entrance so you would be completely separate from other tenants.

Many tenants need a combination of warehouse and office space, so if that applies to you, it's absolutely something we can work with!
Office/Retail Space
Whether you need space for just yourself, a small team, or a large group, we have office and retail solutions for you. Our office and retail spaces are private and offer 24 hour access thanks to our key fob system, and many of our buildings offer a kitchenette as well as common areas for lounging, taking breaks, or client waiting areas.

The only "extra" thing you pay for other than rent with these spaces is internet, if you want it.
At this time, internet must be through KC Fiber/LinkCity... or, many tenants choose to use their personal hotspots instead.

We also offer office space with additional accommodations through iWerx; this includes perks like internet included in the lease as well as access to conference rooms and an event center.
Maker Space
Our artistic collective facility offers open studio and raw warehouse space for working your craft, as well as a cafe that can be used to host workshops, hold meetings, or serve as a client waiting area.

We can generally carve out your space to be as little or as big as it needs to be.
​
We do offer private, enclosed spaces in this facility that is subject to availability.

Like for our other areas, all leases are month to month and there are no hidden fees. Other than internet, if you choose to sign up, you are not responsible for paying for anything other than rent each month.
Storage
We cater to an array of storage needs at Stor Safe!
​
Many businesses rent open warehouse space to store their inventory. From fulfillment centers to linens to furniture to machinery, there's not much we can't accommodate.
​
For commercial storage spaces, private warehouse space is subject to availability and less common - for most tenants, we section off open warehouse space instead.
​
We can also accommodate personal storage needs with enclosed self storage units, all of which are inside our building at 1501 Burlington St.
​
All buildings accommodate 24 hour access except for our self storage units at 1501 Burlington. At that property, you may only access your space Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00.
